About Royal Box Group
A builder with a designer's eye.
Our team has been building since 2012, starting on Kish Island and in Tehran, Iran, with hotels, sports complexes and residential developments. In 2023 we brought that experience to Canada and founded Royal Box Group in the Greater Toronto Area to focus on luxury home renovation.
“A decade of building hotels and residential complexes taught us that luxury is discipline: the right drawings, the right trades, and no shortcuts.”
Our story began in 2012 on Kish Island and in Tehran, Iran, where we delivered hotels, sports complexes and residential buildings. Large projects taught us how to plan structure and services properly, coordinate many trades at once and hand over on schedule.
In 2023 we opened our branch in the Greater Toronto Area and brought that discipline into private homes. Today we design and renovate kitchens, bathrooms, custom millwork, basements and complete interiors across the Greater Toronto Area, from Toronto and Vaughan to Newmarket, Markham, Pickering and Oshawa.
Every project is led by one project manager who answers your calls, runs the site and keeps the schedule, and every render you approve becomes a drawing our trades build from.
Our clients are busy people. We give them weekly written updates, a clean site every evening, and a finished home that looks exactly like the render.

Natural stone, solid wood and real metal finishes, specified for how they age, not only how they photograph.
Accountable after handover
A written warranty and a care guide for every finish. If something needs attention, the same team comes back.
